Young Fast Optoelectronics integrates Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into its operational strategy, including corporate policies, internal operations management models, and education and training programs, and is oriented through corporate governance, talent development, green commitment, and social engagement. In order to adhere to the concept of sustainable development, we will enhance corporate culture and strive to achieve balanced interests for relevant interest groups.

Under the concept of sustainable development, Young Fast Optoelectronics has responded to the issues related to environmental protection, safety, health and health in response to the increase in production and personnel, in addition to the affirmation of the effectiveness of the ISO14001 review by the third party certification body each year, and since 2011 Since the beginning of the year, the company has promoted Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and has promoted a corporate culture of corporate responsibility through various policies, and has continued to strengthen the company's corporate social responsibility for environmental protection and labor safety and health.

Young Fast Optoelectronics comprehensively considers international standards, including the Social Accountability 8000 and the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) as the implementation guidelines for corporate social responsibility policies to ensure a safe working environment and employees. Rights and interests are protected and respected, processes and products are implemented to prevent pollution and fulfill social responsibilities.

Young Fast Optoelectronics promises not to support and use metal minerals such as tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and gold (Au) mined from mines in armed conflict, illegal mining and inferior working environment, the so-called "conflict" “Minerals”, and adhering to corporate social responsibility and being a member of the electronics industry supply chain, we are committed to and require suppliers to fulfill their corporate social responsibility to not accept conflict minerals, and continue to conduct investigations to confirm their mineral resources to ensure the products provided. Conflict minerals are not used and this requirement is communicated to their upstream suppliers.
