Young Fast’s sales staff and R&D engineers spend quality time to discuss with customers about new product concepts. Our comprehensive experience and technical expertise help to accelerate the processes of feasibility evaluation, cost estimation, and production scheduling. By doing this, customers can reduce the risk of creating new products that are too complicated, expensive, and don’t have enough market potential.
Once the evaluation is complete, our specialized engineers will create a detailed product design. This design includes the initial prototypes that will be used to test and verify the product's function. It also ensures that the finished products will meet the anticipated optical quality, compatibility, and ease of integration.
During this phase, product qualification testing is performed, such as the shock and drop tests, which will be used to certify the design and meet customers' specifications and quality requirements.

Production Validation

It helps to ensure the high-volume shipment requirement can be met on time, on quality, and on budget. Certified Quality Assurance Systems
The end products are tested and verified for their functionality and quality again before released for production. Young Fast maintains production operation in Taiwan, China and Vietnam. Young Fast has set up a rigid quality control system with each process carefully inspected, as a single error could greatly impact the yield rate and volume produced. We can also adjust each product's test plan based on customer requests and our own experience.
